As the eldest daughter of fashion guru, Max Azria, Joyce Azria inherited her father’s sharp entrepreneurial spirit, creative flair, and strong sense of ambition. Her early days in the fashion industry were spent at the BCBGMAXAZRIA office where she quickly learned and mastered all the facets of the company. At eighteen, Joyce dove straight into the family business – investing countless hours side-by-side with her father.
Joyce embodies both the creativity and brains of an entrepreneur and prides herself on being a positive and grounding role model and mentor for the millennial customers that she knows inside and out. She is driven forward by a strong moral code and an understanding that fashion has a responsibility and a role to play in the lives of her customers.
After her own fashion-led journey creating first her own clothing line, then footwear, in 2020 she created a Consulting Firm around all aspects of business creation and development, AZRIA & Partners. Azria & Partners is based in Fort Lauderdale Florida where Joyce lives with her husband and 7 children.

Rivky Itzkowitz is a 26 year old fashion designer living in NYC. As a practicing Orthodox Jew, she was frustrated at not being able to find modest clothing that actually fit, so she set out to create her own. Her company, Impact Fashion, is the among the only size inclusive modest fashion lines on the market. Every style is fitted to perfection and is available in sizes 2-24 because there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be. She is also the host of the Be Impactful Podcast where she sits down with the women making a difference in their own corners of the world.
